Where are the products made?

BODILAB products are manufactured in Melbourne, Australia. We're dedicated to sustainability at every level, and are always looking for new solutions to reduce our impact. We work with suppliers to ensure ingredients are ethically sourced and sustainably harvested. 

What is BODILAB’s position on animal testing?

Absolutely not! BODILAB is proudly 100% cruelty free. We are committed to creating products that are free from animal testing and only sourced from suppliers who do not test on animals. We love testing all our new products on our BODILAB team.

Are all product ingredients listed?

YES! Here at BODILAB we take the “No Gimmick” approach very seriously and believe it is important to inform people what they are putting on their skin. You can refer to the product packaging along with information provided on the website for further information on individual products.

I have sensitive skin; will I react to BODILAB products?

Everybody is different and what works for some will not for others. Some people have allergies to natural ingredients, whereas others will soak up the goodness. As with all new products added to your routine, we suggest to patch test first for allergies before use. If you’re worried, you can always consult with your GP.

Incorrect or damaged items?

We are so sorry to hear that an item in your order arrived damaged or was incorrect. Please reach out to us at customercare@bodilab.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the product and a member of our team will be happy to resolve this for you.

What should I do if I want to return my purchase?

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please review our return policy and contact us at returns@bodilab.com.au and a team member will be happy to assist you.


My parcel is late what should I do?

We provide tracking on all parcels. Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. We encourage everyone to always double - check the address before placing the order. If incorrect details or unexpected delays occur with your order please contact customercare@bodilab.com.au and a team member will be happy to assist. 

How much is shipping + how long will it take?

Free standard shipping for all Australia wide orders over $100. For orders under $100 shipping is a flat rate of $10.00. All orders are dispatched on the same day during business hours via Australia post, unless otherwise noted in the product description. 

How long will they last and where should I store my product?

To ensure that your BODILAB products are used during their time of optimal freshness, we recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Check the product label for expected shelf life of the product.
